Crown roast

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the roast in a shallow roasting pan.  Bake  for 1 1/2 hour to 2 hours, basting frequently until the internal temperature reads 150-160 degrees.  Estimate about 20-22 minutes per pound.  Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

smoked Turkey

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. To prevent from drying out, you can place your turkey in a roasting pan with about 1 cup liquid, such as apple juice.  Baste with these juices for the duration of the cook time.  Estimate about 8 to 10 minutes per pound. The internal temperature should read 150 degrees.


Prime Rib

Bring the roast to room temperature prior to cooking,  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  To cook it rare you will be cooking about 13 - 15 minutes per pound, for medium rare you would estimate 15 - 17 minutes per pound.  Rare: internal temp will read 115 - 120.

 Medium rare it will read 125 - 130. Let the roast rest for 20 minutes prior to carving.


Stuffed pork chops

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Pour cream of mushroom in the bottom of the baking dish and then place chops in pan.  Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, baste chops.  When the internal temperature of the stuffing reads 155 -160 degrees, you are ready to serve. 

smoked ham

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Reheat the ham for about 10 - 14 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reads 140 degrees.  Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before carving. 


Stuffed chicken


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes. The internal temperature shouldread 165 degrees.


Grill, fry or broil to the internal temperature of 165.
